Do you guys know if anyone makes a 8 input to BCD diode matrix board?

I have a bunch of 8 position rotary switches that I need to use as 
inputs. I would like to convert the rotary switches to BCD.

Logic

0 = 0 / 0 / 0
1 = 1 / 0 / 0
2 = 0 / 1 / 0
3 = 1 / 1 / 0
4 = 0 / 0 / 1
5 = 1 / 0 / 1
6 = 0 / 1 / 1
7 = 1 / 1 / 1
