This is pretty neat. Kinda pricey, but if you need panels made, check this out:

They have a FREE design tool, set your panel up how you need it with the text you need, and it will be ready within a week.
 
We may end up using these guys where I work (turnaround time on sheet metal in-house is horrible), if we do I'll try to get some feedback on quality.
 
Maybe if we can come up with some common panels that a lot of guys would want we can get group buys in to lower the costs. From the looks of things it doesn't take a very large quantity to get a price break.
