Well.... so much for that theory :(

I am trying to buy a flight helmet to use in my sim.  "No big deal" 
you say?  Well, not if you live in the States, but sadly, being a 
ferner and all, living waaaay over on the wrong side of the Pacific 
it is proving to be quite a mission.

Seems that in the aftermath of 9/11 exporting military surplus has 
gotten tough.   Trey at www.flighthelmet.com has been really good 
sending me all the bits and pieces of flightgear I have been after, 
right up to the helmet... <sigh>

Any ideas on how I am going to get a helmet to NZ??  Don't really 
want to go down the ebay path, as most auctions go for more than Trey 
is selling *new* helmets for!
