Oh, they're finally phasing out the T-6? That's reassuring. ;) You mean
the Texan II, right? :)

They're probably:

1. Going to a boneyard out west, never to be heard from again

2. Being donated to museums

3. Sitting where they used to be at military training centers - no one's
bothered to do anything with them 


Or any combination of the three. At any rate, some effort would be
required to snag one. This leaves us several options. We can:

1. Load up our backpacks and start scouring boneyards in the western US

2. Go on a museum field-trip, checkbook in hand

3. Start hanging around US military training bases, while trying to
explain to the MP's that we are only interested in acquiring military
aviation parts for entertainment purposes (joining the military forces
for the express purpose of scouting for simpit candidate hulls may be an
acceptable course of action)

I know of some boneyards, if you'll start hitting the museums. I think
it will take the both of us to sneak into the military bases. ;P
