Use my own design of cockpit and a couple of mini ccd cameras
and 2 8" TFT monitor - then you can fly with MFDs !

I gotta chime in too, we'd all like to know some specifics on this.  Did you
use JRMaestro's modified cockpit file along with the AVERkey?

How did you get the MFDs to work, does F4Glass now support MFDs ?
