Using fdisk that comes with Windows bootdisk? I've got an 80 gig and all
is well in Win98SE, although the Win partitions are only 10gig and 30
gig (Linux on the rest). What does fdisk report when the drive is clean
and you try to set up the first partition? Does it ask you to enable
large drive support (actually I think large drive support is for a limit
other than 5 gig but can't remember for sure)?

What does the BIOS report it as in setup and initialization?

If it's not showing on the 350 at all, it's probably incorrect jumper
settings for the connection layout.
