[simpits-tech] Gameport USB adapter

I have to to a 6 to 8 foot extension for my joystick / throttle setup.  
I have seen several gameport to USB adapters on ebay and thought I would 
give that a try rather than just run a standard extension.

Has anybody had any experience with them or do I need to be the guinea 
pig for the group?  I want to try Suncom Talon and SFS to USB...
