Jim,
	I have done numerous searches for the ones you listed. It seems that the 
government only wants people that are going to build for them to be able to 
have access to the specs. I can only find places that you have to pay for 
them or the government site which you have to fill out a form
justifying your need. Extremely ridiculous in some cases.

	The sizes of panel originally came from ARINC, but they want you to pay 
for the whole book, also.
