Heheh. At our airport it was always the damned Canadian Geese. You could drive out there with a car, and they would move JUST enough to not get hit, then move right back behind you. I hate those things. One of these days someone is going to hit one overthere, and the result is NOT going to be pretty.

  One of the ways I paid for flight time as a kid was beating cows back from club gliders after they'd landed out :-)

  Cows LOVE to lick the doped fabric of gliders, and their tongues are rough enough to sand the fabric right off the framework.
