[simpits-tech] HELP?

Don, the Simpits list used to be hosted on Yahoo! Groups.  Since Yahoo!
does little to prevent spam and has those annoying adverts at the bottom
of each message, it was decided to drop them.  I now host all the Simpits
mailing lists from the same machine that hosts the website.  In order to
retain the message archive, the Yahoo! Simpits group was "closed" to new
membership since it was no longer active.  Nobody reads the welcome text
obviously. :)

Recently, Yahoo! has decided to "help" clear the backlog of subscription
requests.  I just let it time out and their list management software
automagically "rejects" any pending requests.  This doesn't affect your
"real" Simpits mailing list subscription at all.
