[simpits-tech] HELP?

Can you advise me as to what's is wrong here, or if in fact I have been
rejected, what are the requirements to join?  As you can see below the
asterisks I have been receiving the digest since I subscribed several days
ago.

The below came a short while ago- headers are included in case they are
needed.  thanks for looking into this for me.
