Peter Cos at Flightdeck Solutions did make the panel and will make the
rest of them.  His website (afaik) is http://www.flightdecksolutions.com)

The panel is lightable and the plastic is of high quality and has good
light transmitting properties.  I don't know how much yet since this is
literally a prototype process - I'm the guinea pig for this one.  I don't
imagine they'll be hugely expensive.
