[simpits-tech] CRAZEy Lexan

I just used some of that Krylon plastic paint on a plastic lounge chair.
I chair was white and I painted it green. That stuff is GREAT! It
seems to "etch" itself into the plastic. I would definetly try that on
the Lexan.
I do quite a bit of rattle can painting and it has always been my
experience to recoat within 10 to 15 minutes. (or as otherwise directed
on the can) Everything I paint gets 3 coats, a tack coat and 2 heavier
coats. If I clear it, a minimum of 2 coats of clear. A few months ago
I did 2 pinewood derby cars each with 3 coats of color and 3 coats of
clear. When they were finished I had goosbumps... smooth as glass.
