[simpits-tech] Whole diameter from the F-16 gauges

Martin,

The OIL is the same size as the HYD = 25.75 mm.

FUEL QUAN = 58.34 mm
NOZ PRES = 38.74 - 38.99 mm
RPM = 49.79 mm
FTIT = 49.79 mm

The panels I have don't leave much room over the diameter of the gauge
itself since the bezel rings are not much larger than the gauge body.
