[simpits-tech] PC Based Oscilloscopes?

Well, at the moment I have two problems:
The first is noise in an analogue to digital converter..
The second is a mysterious corruption in a tri-state latching system.
I am doing mostly digital electronics on PIC and Avr based chips running
up to 20Mhz and up to 24 volts.
