[simpits-tech] Looking for Old Phidgets MSI

The new Phidgets MSI will not support the old Phidgets THIS is a big 
problem in the ability to use old and new phidgets on a single PC.

We need to have Chester to put support for the older devices back into the 
Phidgets MSI.
