[simpits-tech] Defrag

I did this on my companies MS Exchange Server machine because people all over 
the world have been complaining our corporate email's too slow, and it 
doesn't seem to want to restart now. 

Is there an easy fix or should I just tell someone in the IT dept what I did 
and let them fix it?
