AW: [simpits-tech] Cautionary Tale: Viper-Pits

FWIW, in an email dialogue wherein I politely complained about 
the lack of communication and general lack of good customer
relations, the fellow that runs the show at Viper-pits responded 
with what I would call arrogance.  I'd rather carve a 'pit out of teak 
with an X-acto knife before I'll do business with these folks again.
