[simpits-tech] Power Supply

I have an old 200W power supply from a Dell Dimension P133 that I want to use to power my 12vdc and 5vdc systems. I'd rather not run stuff like cooling and lights off the PC power supply if I can help it. Problem is, I cannot get the power supply to "turn on" without connecting it to a motherboard with processor, etc. Does anyone know how I can get this thing to work?
