[simpits-tech] Attached files?

[Robert Bibber]

The message was already rather long so I just formatted it as RTF in OE (Format Menu --> Rich Text) and sent it.
When it passed through the mailing list server the list footer was added. When it was received it was interpreted as having an attachment.

I believe we now know HOW - but we still don't know WHY.

That would make sense.  The question is, why is anyone still using
Outbreak Express?  I mean c'mon, the only virus it _won't _ spread is
