[simpits-tech] Attached files?

I don't think it a patch, it happened at the approx. the same time at
maillist change, and I don't think it is RTF related..., but I can not
figure out when the multipart is coming from, and they are not accidents
either, as there are some checks to make sure it is valid....

Was there a recent patch to IE or OE?  The mailing list software
wouldn't
(hell, it _can't_) create an RTF file.
