[simpits-tech] Correction factor cockpit layout

The square gauges in the center console should be exactly 3.250" square.
You can use that for the X and Y reference.

Remember, that drawing was intended as a basic layout from LM and its
dimensions are only close, but not spot on.  So take it with a grain of
salt.
