[simpits-tech] Lock up! SP3

Hi, if I'm not mistaking, the minimum requirement for SP3 is a Pentium  600. 
Don't forget SP3 hads a lot of improvement over Falcon 4 1.08. Time to 
upgrade I'm afraid
