[simpits-tech] MSTS SDK

MS does not have an SDK available as yet.  Train Sim doesn't have a large base of third party support,  mainly due to the closed system that is TS 1.  They also went through a major shift with in developers for the second release.  Pulled the pin on Kuju and brought the project in house.  This, of couse will delay release by many months.
