Rod, what you're seeing is a simple notification that someone has posted a
message in the web forums.  It's a feature I added to allow the folks on
the mailing list to be more aware of the forums and it's users.


Now, as for off topic chin-wag....Hmmm.  Ah!

I took and passed my General Class amateur radio license exam on Tuesday!

I was originally licensed in 1994 as KC7AFE, and as soon as I file the
application for the vanity callsign, I'll be K7SIM for obvious reasons. :)
