I'll check the dimentions for you..

The back plastic is not so difficult to be removed.  You have to make a cutting line using a pencil or a pin while the front and back part are attached.  Next, remove screws on the back of the unit, you'll just want to work with the back one...  Then drill 8 holes (3/8" would be fine) in the corner and middle of each side of a rounded corner rectangle for jigsaw.  The final step would be filing it using nail or plastic model file and sand paper.  you should get them done by 2 hours :)

Cool.  Does the back come off pretty easy?  What are the outside 
dimensions (width).  It's getting time to make my panel and I need to 
make sure I leave enough room.  Having a hard time finding anybody that 
sells them...  few and far between on ebay too.  I just lost one by $1.00!
