I'm currently typing this from sunny Southern California. Corona to be
exact. I got shipped off from my local job in Auburn, WA down here for a
new group meeting. It should prove to be interesting. :)
Anyway, I noticed something really weird as we were taking off from
Sea-Tac. I was on an MD Super-80 and on climb out, the initial turbulence
actually made the passenger cabin deform. You could see the wave/ripple
in the fuselage as each hard bounce occured. It was pretty weird to
watch.
Has anyone else noticed this weirdness?
BTW, the Super-80 is an all steam-gauge cockpit. Sucker looked downright
primitive. :)
