Jonas,

I am using masonite sheet for some of the larger "sheet metal" bulkheads in mine.  If you are not familiar with masonite, it is a pressed fiber board available in most home improvement/lumber stores.  It is pretty much the same as what is used for peg board, only without the holes.  You can get it with a smooth surface too, so when you paint it, it looks as good as painted metal.

I was wondering if any body has any suggestions for building the bulkheads,  
and complicated window frames for the 747. You can only wood so big. I don't 
have the abbility to make the bulkhead out of metal. Thanks.
