Hi Gene,

That would be plan "B".  It would take some precision machining to mate to
the linkage, but a servo drive looks very feasible and probably the most
practical approach.  But... I'm off on a pneumatics binge so I'll give it a
go. ;)

You might also think about connecting a servo to the bellows and moving it
that way.
