There's a tank forum at http://simhq.com but it seems to be down at the 
moment, I forget what sims are covered there.

A google search "tank sim" brings up quite a few hits but I'd say the list at 
tanksim.com represents most major tank sims. I didn't realize there were that 
many out there actually, now if I could just find some that supported 
Linux...somehow BZFlag doesn't quite quench the simulation craving. :)

One other one you might find of interest: Warbirds 3. Yes it's a flight sim, 
but it also has tanks and troop carriers/gun trucks. Not exactly hardcore 
tank simming, but with the massive multiplayer and interaction between human 
controlled tanks/trucks and aircraft, ground ops can be very interesting! 
I've played this one and the demo of Steel Beasts, I think I like WB3's 
environment better but then I'm an aviator dude anyway. :)
