[simpits-tech] split-screen system

Guys,

I am looking for a system which will be able to take 4 seperate video feeds 
and send them to one screen, as a 4-window split screen (each equal size). 
Does anyone know of anything like this? Preferably the output would be RGA, 
so I could put it straight to a VCR. I'm thinking it has to exist, I see it 
a lot with security systems, with 4 security camera inputs being displayed 
on one monitor. This is the sort of thing I'm looking for.
