Is G2i still working on a new version of Falcon?  I don't have a problem
with them not doing EXE mods if someone is actually working on a new
version, but if G2i is no longer working on the project, then it would
seem that any NDA signed would be null and void.  I realize that the EXE
is still copy written information, but no one in the update team makes a
penny on this stuff AFAIK.  Heck, we all just want to be able to run our
sims and have a great piece of software to sim with, no one is out to
steal someone's Intellectual property to make a buck.

Just talked with a Danish member of the update team and he
write to me that the agrement with G2i says that they may not
rewrite the EXE file, that means there will be no further update 
in share-mem. 
The update will only be a data and graphical update :o(
