Hi Mike, thank you for your comment .The bezels are made from a plastic =
who's trade name is MAKROLON it's made by Bayer and is transparent, it =
has excellent cold forming properties , and has very good machining =
properties also . it doesn't suffer from the usual cracking of some =
other plastic sheet types, this is one of the reasons it is used for =
machine guarding as it has a high impact strength, the bezels were =
cut from sheet the outsides then milled square and the holes drilled and =
counter bored, I made a fixture to hold them in the lathe using the =
holes to clamp them to the fixture, then turned and bored them.
