[simpits-tech] File area suggestion

[Gene Buckle]

It was a quick thing.  Lots of cutting and pasting between the three
programs that run the file service. :)  It took about 10 minutes total to
do, not counting interruptions and latency lag. (you try typing
interactively while people are downloading images! :))

...now if I can just get the user login system done.....
