Hi:
As for a sealer, I'm a big model airplane builder. I use Future Floor
Polish to seal the paint, a coat or two, then I decal, then another two
coats, then paint details(chipped paint, exhaust stains, etc...), another
two coats, then if the paint is flat, then use testors flat sealer. The
testors comes in a tiny spray can. To use Future, you have to have an
airbrush of some sort. If you don't have access to one, then use testors
gloss sealer. Whether you are going to use the Testors Gloss, of Future,
you have to seal the paint with either of these Gloss sealers. Hope this
helps.
