hi,
if you can command your wingmen with keyboard commands, then consider
something akin to microsoft's game commander.
it is actually very clever, and gives you a few extra items like switching
between headsets and speakers, a volume and mute control in addition to
voice recognition capabilities. the switching, volume and mute are handy
when using the headset for roger wilco.
i used to use it with proflight (MSFS), and it worked like a charm.
