[simpits-tech] Hagstrom vs Epic

it is a PhidgetLED/PhidgetEncoder/PhidgetInterfaceKit all in one

where PhidgetLed is to drive 4x(8*7) = 32 digits LED display
and PhidgetEncoder will handle 4 rotary encoders with a few bit used for
digital in/out

that all i know for the moment, but as i said it might be a couple of
months away.....
