I agree with the comments on Delphi. I've been developed with both for many years and the extra investment (time) in Delphi will go a long way. With VB it won't be long before you're jumping through hoops to get things done because of the limitations of the language.

As much as I hate to say it, VB6 is the simpler of the two. I *strongly*
suggest Delphi though. :) I've got Phidget code for Delphi working quite
well now. *Huge Grin*
