Actually, the clip is from a Heineken TV commercial. As originally aired, the 
voice of the (Dutch) pilot is heard, supposedly over a hand held scanner 
that's shown at the beginning of the full clip, welcoming the German football team 
to Holland, and wishing them luck in their upcoming International match.

Years ago, the Heineken site had the full ad on it, with info about how they 
made the clip.
