That is the ten million dollar question. The US Government use what appears
to be quartz glass the coating on the glass is as yet unidentified by
myself. I suggested that you obtain the assistance of an optical engineer or
experiment with coatings until you have the needed information. Edmonds
scientific maybe some assistance to you.
