[simpits-tech] KEYSTROKE add on for BMS 0.98

I'm going to clip the history in this message since it's getting kind of long! ;-)

Here's the standard keystrokes.key line for the first OSB on the left
MFD:

  SimCBEOSB_1L 1025 0 0X2 6 0 0 1 "LMFD OSB-1"

The key name field is "0x2". Looking in the Key Name table the
corresponding entry is:

	1	2	0x02

Which means the hex two value (field three) is decimal "2" (field two)
and the keytop on the keyboard for this hex value is the "1" key (field
one, which BTW means the "1" top left above "q", not the KP version).

I thought that would be all you'd need but perhaps I've still missed
something?? Well, let me know.

Cheers,

Mark.
