I use a program called Textpad, and it's wonderful. www.textpad.com - take a
look at this screenshot: http://www.textpad.com/about/screenshots/index.html
it colors all of your HTML code (And C++ and Java as well, possibly a few
others but that's all I use it for) which makes debugging a TON easier. No
more missing quotes or brackets, you will see it in an instant with Textpad.
Definitely a good deal.
