Not ready yet but these guys are doing high end Viper pits:

seat - it is to die for !!!
Personally I've just bought an Aimsworth Viper 1 as that's my 
interest/budget level and it'll be on the boat soon - can't wait ;)
Spent some time in the Desk Top Sims F16s and F18 - very nice indeed.
Know nothing of the High Rev hardware.
