Hi Keenan.... This one I can answer..

Tried about 4 programes (cant remember the names) but I
settled on voice master (lite) available at
http://members.shaw.ca/voice-master/

By far the best I tried, easy to setup, versatile and
when I had it running, got my wife into the sim and it changed
very quickly to her voice and everthing work !!!!
I tried lite and when my moving sim is finished, will
be installing it in that.
