Dont think anybody have tried this type of lighting - but i see two
problems - 1st is shadow casted by various electronics, 2nd 110v (or
220v) inside a toy might not be that healthy

I don't mean to sound silly but has any body tried using encased
flouresent lights like shop light?? make a relflective white tray
underneath your main panels the lights can be purchase real cheap put
out a lot of light ,and come in many colors plus they do not throw off a
lot of heat and most of all you can get them in many different sizes
and for 4.39 you can get a dimmer pot and camoflage it in your lighting
panel with a knob and no one is the wiser. just a thought.
