type switches in the US are sold through distributors. I have lucked out =
with a few on ebay.

I am not sure but I think the buttons are from conrad-electronic =
in germany=20
(http://www.conrad.de). Here you can find the lights/buttons =
under=20
"Leuchtdrucktaster" or "Leuchtdruckschalter". You can buy it as =
"only=20
light", as "lightswitch" and as "lightbutton". The lights are =
delivered=20
together with a red, a green, a yellow and a white glasses. And =
the buttons=20
from the MFD are also from conrad-electronic.
