2.  Go to bottom of web page and enter your email address in the field next
to "Edit Options" box, and then
click "Edit Options" box.

3.  On this next web page, enter your password (the one you chose when you
subscribed) in the field next to
the "Unsubscribe" box, and then click "Unsubscribe" box.
