I couldnot answer your question directly i have not flown F4's nor =
even seen a real one !!

i would imagine that the F4 has hydraulic controlled controll surfaces =
... im just guessing
if they were hydraulic controlled controll surfaces i dont know what =
feed back you get if any

on GA airfraft eg Cessna 172's the faster you go the heaver the =
controlls get , but at higher speeds you only need to use little =
controll inputs , other wise if you fly the aircraft as you would on the =
stall but at high speed your in for a verry rough and unnerving ride..
