I'll chime in.  I could make one myself, but it would take many hours to go
from start to finish (do the design, buy the parts, make the PCB, assemble,
test, and make adjustments to the design).

For $35 I won't have to do that and I can put my efforts into things I can't
buy off the shelf.

Just my thoughts.  Professional thinker on a closed course, do not try this
at home, your actual thoughts may vary, thoughts subject to change without
notice, and some settling of contents may occur during thinking.  ;-)
