Given its a 5v panel and you have 10 x 0.115A lamps that gives a required
power supply of 1.15A in total though its always best to err on the high
side.

I've _started_ doing some basic electrical stuff for pit builders at
http://www.x-plane.info/electrical/  but I'm a long way from done.
